What clients have said
"We engaged Garuda Forge for the regulatory advisory when we were expanding our licensing scope. The roadmap they produced was detailed and practical — it gave our compliance team a clear sequence of steps to work through, rather than just a list of things we needed to do. The engagement came in on time and within the agreed scope."

"The talent strategy engagement was well-structured and the consultant working with us clearly understood the Thai labor market context. The facilitated workshop with our HR team was particularly useful — it surfaced disagreements about hiring priorities that we hadn't addressed properly. The strategy document gave us a framework we've continued to reference."

"We came to Garuda Forge having never done any formal continuity planning. The eight-week engagement felt appropriate for what we needed to produce — it wasn't rushed, and the consultant was thorough about understanding our actual operations before writing anything. The tabletop simulation at the end was eye-opening in ways the documents alone wouldn't have been."

"What I valued most was that the consultant we worked with had actually worked in this regulatory environment — not just studied it. The scoping conversation alone gave us more clarity than we'd had from three months of trying to figure it out internally. The engagement itself was disciplined and the final report was written for a non-specialist audience."

"We used Garuda Forge for workforce planning as we were restructuring after a period of rapid growth. The skills inventory analysis helped us see gaps we hadn't clearly articulated, and the final strategy document gave us something concrete to bring to the board. The timeline ran slightly longer than planned on our side, and they accommodated that without issue."

"Our continuity plan had existed on paper for years without anyone being confident it would hold up in practice. Garuda Forge rebuilt it from the function-mapping stage and the simulation at the end was genuinely useful — it found three gaps in the plan that wouldn't have surfaced without the exercise. The recommendations memo afterward was direct and actionable."

Challenge
International logistics firm establishing Thai operations
A European logistics company opening its first Bangkok office had no clear picture of which licenses and reporting obligations applied to its planned operations. Internal attempts to map these requirements had produced contradictory information from multiple sources.
Solution
We engaged via the Regulatory Navigation Advisory. Over four weeks, we reviewed their planned operational structure against applicable requirements and produced a regulatory roadmap with 14 action items, each with timeline, responsible party, and source documentation. The report was structured for sharing with both the Bangkok management team and the European HQ.
Results
The team completed all required registrations within the first quarter of operations. The regulatory roadmap was used as the basis for their annual compliance review process for the following year.

Challenge
Thai technology company scaling from 60 to 150 staff
A Bangkok-based software company experiencing fast growth found its hiring was reactive rather than strategic. The HR team lacked a structured view of what roles and capabilities they were actually building toward, and the board wanted a more considered approach to headcount decisions.
Solution
We completed the Talent Strategy engagement over five weeks. The skills inventory analysis identified seven critical capability gaps. The facilitated workshop — held with the HR team and four department heads — clarified disagreements about hiring priorities and produced a sequenced plan everyone could work from.
Results
Six months after the engagement, the company had filled five of the seven identified priority roles. The talent strategy document was referenced in both their board pack and their employee handbook revision.

Challenge
Manufacturing business following a difficult supply chain disruption
A manufacturing firm in Chonburi had experienced a significant supply chain disruption two years prior and recognized their continuity planning had not adequately prepared them. They wanted structured work, not a checkbox exercise.
Solution
The Business Continuity Architecture engagement ran for eight weeks. Function mapping with five department heads revealed several dependencies that weren't visible in the organizational chart. The tabletop simulation used a scenario closely modeled on the actual disruption they had experienced, which made the gaps in the new plan immediately legible to the leadership team.
Results
The organization revised its supplier agreements based on the dependency mapping findings. The continuity plan and recovery matrix were formally adopted at board level and incorporated into their annual operations review process.
